# Agent & API access — Bicester3D

## TL;DR

The public quoting API needs **no authentication**. Start at
[/.well-known/api-catalog](/.well-known/api-catalog) or the human docs at
[/docs/api](/docs/api): list materials, upload a model, get a priced quote —
all anonymous.

## Accounts

Customer accounts use email magic-link sign-in at
[/login](https://bicester3d.co.uk/login) and are intended for humans. There is
currently no self-serve agent registration, no OAuth 2.0 authorization server,
and no API-key issuance endpoint. We deliberately do not publish
`/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server` or
`/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource` — there is no such server, and
publishing fabricated metadata would only mislead your token machinery.

## Ordering and payments

Checkout runs on the website via Stripe with a human in the loop.
Agent-initiated payment protocols (ACP, x402, UCP, MPP) are not yet supported.
A completed quote carries an authoritative `total_price_pence`; hand off to
your user at https://bicester3d.co.uk/quote to place the order.

## Business / programmatic arrangements

For volume pricing, business (NET invoice) accounts, call-off contracts, or a
programmatic ordering arrangement, email hello@bicester3d.co.uk with what
you're building. A human replies.
