Yes — caravan replacement parts are a regular workshop job. Most common requests: window catches, awning fittings, internal trim clips, kitchen/wardrobe hardware. Bring or photograph the broken part with key dimensions, or scan it if the geometry is complex. PETG or ASA for outdoor-exposed parts, PLA fine for interior fixtures.
ASA is the default for anything seeing direct sun — awning brackets, exterior fittings, vent surrounds. PETG for interior parts that face damp or temperature swings. ABS for parts near heaters or that need acetone-smoothed finishes. PLA only for non-load-bearing interior fixtures — it'll soften in a hot caravan in summer.
Yes — vintage caravan owners come to us specifically because the original manufacturers no longer stock parts. Bring the worn original (or a clear photo with dimensions) and we'll scan or model it to print a faithful replacement. Common: lockset internals, period-correct trim, bespoke storage fittings.
