Film, Props & Cosplay 3D Printing
Screen-ready props, costume parts and models.
Props and costume work live and die on detail and scale. We print helmets, armour, weapons and set pieces — fine features in SLA resin, larger builds in FDM, split and keyed so they assemble cleanly and take paint. Cosplayers, prop makers, theatre and film all pass through the workshop.
Scaling or scanning a prop? We've got you.
Bring a model to scale up, or a real object to scan and reproduce. Fine detail in SLA resin, big builds in large-format FDM — split and keyed so they assemble cleanly and take paint.

FILM, PROPS & COSPLAY 3D PRINTING FAQ
Yes. Anything bigger than a single build plate we split into keyed sections that glue together cleanly with no visible seams to fight — large shells in FDM, fine detail parts in SLA resin, all sized to assemble into the finished piece.
Your choice. We can supply parts as-printed for you to finish, or primed and ready to sand and paint. Resin parts come off the printer smooth; FDM parts show light layer lines that prime and sand out. Tell us how far you want us to take it.
We can. Send the model and the size you need — a height, a reference measurement, or 'fits an adult head' — and we'll scale it, split it to fit the printers, and quote it. Our CAD service can also thicken thin walls so a scaled-up prop is actually printable and sturdy.
Fine detail (masks, emblems, small hero props) prints best in SLA resin. Large, lightweight pieces (helmets, armour, staffs) are better and cheaper in large-format FDM. Most builds use both, and we'll split the job across the right process for each part.
