TABLETOP GAMING 3D PRINTING FAQ
Yes — SLA grey resin at 0.05mm layer height delivers the surface detail and crispness that 28mm and 32mm tabletop minis demand. We print everything from individual character figures to scenery, terrain pieces, vehicle models and proxy units. Citadel-quality straight off the platform; sand, prime and paint as you would any plastic mini.
Anything from 6mm (epic-scale) up through 15mm and 28mm/32mm (the Warhammer / Bolt Action standard) to 54mm and larger display figures. The smaller the figure, the more SLA's 0.05mm detail matters — below 28mm it's the only realistic option for crisp face/cloth detail. We print anything that fits inside our 200×125×210mm SLA build volume in a single piece.
No — we handle support generation as part of the print prep. If you've already pre-supported a file (e.g. an MMF or commercial pack ready to print), we can use those supports as supplied. If you've designed the model and not pre-supported, leave the STL alone and we'll add supports based on the orientation that gives the best surface finish on the visible faces.
Yes — a regular request. Whether it's a 12-figure unit, a multi-piece terrain set, or a custom commission for a small game-design project, we can scale FDM for terrain and SLA for the figures within the same order. Volume discounts kick in from 10+ identical parts. NDA on request for designers prepping unreleased work.
We print files supplied by the customer in good faith — if you have legal access to the file (your own design, a commercial Patreon or MMF subscription, an Open-licence release), we'll print it. We don't actively police IP, but we won't knowingly print recasted or pirated commercial sculpts. If something looks like a direct recast we'll ask before printing.
