STL files (ASCII or binary) up to 50 MB. STEP, OBJ, 3MF also accepted.
Watertight and closed geometry required. No holes, gaps, or non-manifold edges.
One model per file preferred. Small duplicates can be grouped.
Minimum 1.2mm for structural integrity. 2mm+ recommended for functional parts.
Use chamfers and fillets on edges. Reduces warping and improves durability.
Keep angles under 55° when possible. Steeper angles may need support material.
