CONSUMER PRODUCT 3D PRINTING FAQ
Yes — NDAs on request, no fuss. Product development is most of what we do on this side, and we're used to working under confidentiality from first prototype through to production.
Yes. We run bridge production — small batches to get you to market or through a trade show while injection tooling is being made — as well as ongoing low-volume runs where tooling never makes sense.
FDM typically holds around ±0.3mm; SLA resin is finer and smoother, better for parts that will be seen or need crisp detail. For presentation samples we can prime and finish parts so they photograph and demo like the real product. Tell us the critical dimensions and we'll advise on process.
We stock a wide colour range in the common filaments, and resin parts can be primed and painted to any colour or finish. For an exact brand colour, send us the reference and we'll tell you the closest match or a paint route.
