CUSTOM GIFTS & MODELS FAQ
Yes — customised gifts and named/dated models are a regular part of the workshop mix. Send us a sketch or describe what you'd like and we'll either model it from scratch or work from a 3D file you supply. Most personalised gifts ship 2–3 days from order; rush options for birthdays/special dates available on request.
One. We don't have minimums — a single bespoke piece for a birthday is fine. If you want multiples (e.g. wedding favours, corporate gift sets), we'll quote per-unit with volume pricing kicking in around 10+ identical pieces.
No — we don't currently offer in-house painting or finishing. Models ship in the chosen material colour (we stock 30+ PLA colours, plus standard SLA grey resin). Customers regularly hand-paint or send to a finisher after — SLA prints sand and prime cleanly for paint; FDM PLA accepts spray paint with primer.
Standard 2–3 working days from order, longer if we're modelling from scratch (typically 1–2 days CAD before printing). For time-sensitive gifts (birthdays, anniversaries), tell us the deadline up front — we'll prioritise where possible and confirm timing before you commit.
