Mould price for our 140 × 90 × 34 mm sample tray, inc VAT. Long runs get fresh mould copies as they wear, and the price above already includes them.

Design rules
Seven things that make a part form cleanly. The ones tagged below are checked the moment you upload.
Send the shape the plastic is pulled over: the inside of the part you want. We print that as the mould and the sheet forms around it.
Straight walls grip the mould and the part won't come off.
If the sheet can wrap underneath an edge, it locks onto the mould.
Keep the depth under the shortest width, or the walls stretch paper-thin.
Make every radius at least the sheet thickness. Sharp corners thin out and split.
The sheet thins as it stretches down the walls. Choose about twice the wall you want.
We add tiny vent holes to the mould so the vacuum pulls into every corner. Leave them out of your file.
